Dear All Cambodia,
I am S.S. a man from China ,Hong Kong ,who support COSO ( a real Cambodia orphanage )for few years.
I am a low profile man, that is why these few years I remain no photo / picture for COSO, and remind COSO don’t keep any history for me, but they can talk.
This time I have to write something for the rice shop owner, both Mr. and Mrs. ( even now, I don’t know their name ) with a very kind heart to support poor children and keep their promise.
The promise is : last year I went to their shop brought rice for COSO with Samneang (the creator of COSO ) & a tuk tuk driver( Same ), I talked to them whether they are willing to borrow rice to COSO or not, and I will come to pay within 3 months after COSO borrow, they promised immediately without any hesitation, “ Yes “.
This year ( 2010 ) April ,COSO run out of rice, the children are going to hungry; Same e-mail me about this, then I let Same go to the rice shop to borrow rice; I can not believe, the owner immediately borrowed
2 tons rice to COSO without mortgage, that is $1,000 of US dollar; it is a whole year salary of a general worker at China.
I am a man far away from Cambodia + just a Cambodian + a tuk tuk driver to borrow 2 tons of rice, $1,000 US dollar; how both of them believe, and why they keep their Promise to me, that is why I have to write this witness for them, to say thank you very much for their confidence me and they have a kind heart to help poor children, and they promised that once COSO come again, they will do like this !my email : sswong@sae.com.hk
